Privacy policy.

Crew Studio is operated by Desmi D. Loemba, sole proprietor, based in Paris, France. Contact : privacy@crew.studio.

Account data. Email, password hash, billing identifier. We need these to give you an account.

Studio content. Studios, briefs, Studio DNA, specialist memory, drafts, integrations. This is your work product. We treat it like the IP it is.

Usage telemetry. Anonymous page views and CTA interactions via PostHog (hosted in the EU, autocapture off). PostHog also records session replays so we can see what visitors actually do on the site — but every input field is masked by default and password fields are double-masked. The visitor identifier is a hash — no name, no email, no tie back to your account unless you've signed in. Respect Do-Not-Track headers.

To run your studios. To bill you. To improve the product on aggregated metrics. That's it. We never sell your data, and we never give it to a third party except the sub-processors listed in /security.

Every Claude API call we make is flagged no_training: true. Anthropic processes your prompt to generate a response, then deletes the prompt within their retention window. Your data does not improve any model.

Same for ElevenLabs (voice) and Replicate / FLUX (avatars). All providers contractually bound to not train on your input.

Supabase (Postgres) in the EU region. Vercel edge in Europe. Encryption at rest, encryption in transit. Decryption keys rotated quarterly.

Export. Every studio exports as JSON from the dashboard. No friction.

Delete. Delete a studio and its content is wiped from the live database within the hour, from backups within 30 days. We don't keep ghost copies.

Access + rectification. RGPD rights — email privacy@crew.studio and we'll respond within 7 days. Verified human.

Complaint. If we mishandled something, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).

We use one session cookie for authentication. That's it. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies. Full details at /legal/cookies.

Crew Studio is for professionals. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.

We update this policy when our practices change. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes are emailed to active customers.
