I'm Desmi. I built Crew Studio because the tools I was using to operate three businesses at once were slowly flattening my voice into something I didn't recognise. So I built the tool I actually needed — a real team, not a chatbot.

ChatGPT was a brilliant generalist. Claude could hold a longer thought. Neither understood that Tuesday's newsletter and Wednesday's SaaS launch come from the same operator but should not sound like each other.
Crew Studio is the tool I wish I had three years ago. It's calibrated, opinionated, and built for the operator who refuses to flatten their voice just because they're running more than one thing.

We don't optimise for the largest possible market. We optimise for the operators whose voice is their product — and serve them at a level no AI tool currently does.
